Randy Pausch Last Lecture: Achieving Your Childhood Dreams...my find today via Sumeet Moghe.
I think it is one of those finds that coincide with an important day in a person's life (this being my birthday) and leaves an impact...an impact that leaves you feeling grateful for all those brick walls life puts in place for us so that we can prove how badly we want some things...
This one is for my daughter...go out there and do what you have to do with earnestness, dedication and passion...
I am putting the Lecture here. I will not try to write anything about it...Just go ahead and listen!
On emergent organization designs, future of work, and the impact of the digital era..

Congratulations on your birthday
ReplyDeleteI stumbled upon Randy's last lecture in August 2008 and was mesmerized by it. As coincidence would have it, one month after I discovered this lecture, my wife was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer - she died in November of 2008. This lecture is one of those "pearls" that have kept me sane over the past year and a half.
Thanks for sharing this amazing video.
Thank you Frank! This lecture helped me to think through some of my priorities...and how I want to approach my life...
